MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The Skin Solutions Membership includes all Skin Solutions Collective locations. No exclusions or exceptions apply.

Skin Solutions Membership rates are $99/mo for “Low Maintenance” membership and $250/mo for “High Maintenance” membership, plus a one-time enrollment fee of $50 for all plans.

All Memberships have an initial 12-month minimum enrollment term, which will renew automatically each year unless proper notice (described below) is provided following the initial 12-month minimum term. 

After the initial 12-month minimum term, Membership becomes month-to-month. To cancel Membership after the 12-month term, 90 days written notice is required. Members who would like to cancel their Membership (within the initial 12-month minimum term) may do so by contacting hello@skinsolutions.co and paying an early cancellation fee of $350 cancellation “Low Maintenance” and $750 for “High Maintenance.” 

Membership starts the day you sign up for your Membership and renews on the same date each month following, for as long as your Membership remains active. There will be a 3% annual increase to Membership pricing. 

Membership pricing, promotions, and offers are non-transferrable and are for the enrolled Member’s use only unless otherwise noted. 

Membership discounts do not apply to training, modeling, promotions, flash sales, or specials. Membership dues cannot be supplemented by any other promotional vendor programs such as Brilliant Distinctions, Allē, or Aspire Rewards. 

Any Membership fee that is returned for insufficient funds, incorrect card number, or incorrect card information is considered in arrears. If a Membership is considered in arrears, their Membership services and discounts will not be available for use until the balance is paid up to and including the current month due. If a Membership payment is past due for more than 10 days, a $50 reinstatement fee must be paid to reinstate the Membership.

Membership fees cannot be offset by any other practice credit (including gift cards or treatment packages) and must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Apple credit card. Only memberships paid in full at the time of sign-up may be done so in cash. 

Prepayment for Membership is available for a maximum of one year. Prepayment of Membership fees will be accepted at sign-up if paid in full (for one full year of membership); otherwise, the monthly payment plan is the only payment schedule accepted. 

Members who prepay for a full year at signup will have immediate access to the Membership credit determined by the level of membership they are committing to. “High Maintenance” Members will receive $750 to use towards treatments. “Low Maintenance” Members will receive $350 to use towards treatments. 

Membership credits and benefits do not roll over if not used within the membership year.
