Wrinkle Relaxers · Botox · Neuromodulators
So... is this just Botox? Are we calling it a "wrinkle relaxer" to sound fancy?
Kind of! Botox is the most famous brand, but "neuromodulators" or "wrinkle relaxers" is the umbrella term for the whole squad — Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and friends. They all temporarily tell your facial muscles to chill out, smoothing moderate to severe dynamic lines and wrinkles. Different brands, same vibe: refreshed, rested, "I just had a really great vacation" energy.
Where exactly can wrinkle relaxers be used?
Oh, they get around. We're talking forehead, crow's feet, neck bands (platysmal bands), underarms (hyperhidrosis), jawline (masseter reduction), upper lip lines (lip flip), chin dimpling, and the trapezius muscle for neck-and-shoulder tension. It's the multi-tasker of aesthetic medicine.
When will I see results? I have an event in 3 days.
Wrinkle relaxers need a full 2 weeks to show final results — they start peeking in around days 2–3. For big events, book at least 2–3 weeks ahead. Also skip alcohol for 24 hours post-treatment. Totally worth it.
How long do results last and when should I come back?
There's a saying here: "By 3 months you'll want it, by 4 months you'll need it." Most patients find their sweet spot at every 3–4 months. It's not addiction — it's maintenance. Like a haircut. Only way more satisfying.
Dermal Fillers · Hyaluronic Acid Filler
What's actually in dermal filler?
Totally not scary. Hyaluronic acid (HA) — a sugar molecule your body already makes naturally — is the star ingredient. It binds water, restores volume, sculpts, and smooths. Used on lips, cheeks, under-eye (tear trough), nose, chin, jawline, nasolabial folds, hands, and chest. If you want it plumped, HA's got you.
One side of my face looks different right after filler. Am I broken?
You are not broken. Asymmetrical swelling is completely normal — the product needs time to settle. Step away from the mirror. Give it 7–10 days. Still concerned after 2 weeks? Give us a call. Your face is fine.
What's off-limits after dermal filler? I have a dental appointment next week.
Good catch! No dental work 2 weeks before and 4 weeks after filler. Also avoid: flying for 48–72 hours, alcohol and salty foods for 24–48 hours, ibuprofen/aspirin/fish oil for 2 weeks prior, facials or massages for 2 weeks post, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Hydrate and let it settle in peace.
SkinVive · Injectable Skin Booster
What is SkinVive — is it a filler or something different?
SkinVive by Juvederm is the first FDA-approved injectable skin booster in the US. Unlike fillers that add volume or sculpt, SkinVive delivers micro-droplets of hyaluronic acid just beneath the skin's surface to restore hydration and improve skin quality — no shape changes, no added volume. Just genuinely healthier, glowier skin. Skin peaks at 6 weeks. Patience is a virtue (and the glow is worth it).
Sculptra Aesthetic · PLLA Biostimulator
What makes Sculptra different from regular filler?
Regular filler adds volume immediately. Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) biostimulator that kickstarts your own collagen production, building naturally over 6–12 months. Results last 2–3 years. Used on the face and body. Think of filler as instant gratification and Sculptra as a slow-burn investment in your collagen bank.
I heard there's a "rule of 5" after Sculptra. What is that?
Massage the treated area 5 times a day, for 5 minutes, for 5 days. This helps the product distribute evenly and stimulate collagen uniformly. We typically recommend 2–3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart. Commit to the massage — your collagen will thank you.
Kybella · Deoxycholic Acid · Submental Fat
Can Kybella permanently get rid of my double chin?
Yes — and permanently. Kybella (deoxycholic acid) is FDA-approved to destroy fat cells under the chin (submental fat), and other areas like bra fat, abdomen, hips, and thighs. Once those fat cells are gone, they're gone for good. Typically 3–5 sessions, 6 weeks apart. Pairs well with CoolSculpting and Morpheus8 Body.
How much swelling should I expect after Kybella?
Real talk: Kybella swelling is real. Expect swelling, bruising, tenderness, and some firmness. The temporary "turkey neck" phase is a known side effect — plan sessions during a low-key stretch of days. Avoid flying for 24 hours post-treatment. The results on the other side are worth the temporary drama.
Dermal Filler Dissolver · Hyaluronidase
Can dermal filler really be dissolved or reversed?
Yes — and it's one of the best safety nets in aesthetic medicine. Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that dissolves hyaluronic acid-based fillers. Overfilled, migrated, or changed your mind? We can reverse it. May take several sessions; expect mild swelling and bruising for up to 24 hours. No flying for 48 hours. Consider it the ultimate "ctrl + Z" for your face.
PRF · PRF Gel · PRP · Platelet Therapy
What's the difference between PRF and PRP?
Both are derived from your own blood (a small draw done in-office) and use growth factors to stimulate collagen and tissue repair. PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is excellent combined with microneedling for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration. PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) releases growth factors more slowly for longer-lasting results, and comes in a gel form (PRF EZ Gel) that can act as a natural biologic filler substitute. Your blood, doing all the heavy lifting.
PDRN · Rejuran · PDGF · Ariessence
PDRN is derived from salmon DNA — why is salmon in my face?
Sounds odd, but the science is genuinely impressive. Salmon DNA (polydeoxyribonucleotide / PDRN) shares remarkable structural similarity to human DNA, making it highly biocompatible. It stimulates tissue repair, boosts collagen, improves elasticity, reduces inflammation, and enhances hydration. Popular brands include Rejuran. The result: brighter, plumper, bouncier skin. No fishy smell — just solid regenerative science.
What does PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor) do for skin?
PDGF signals your skin cells — fibroblasts and keratinocytes — to multiply and rebuild tissue. Think of it as calling in the construction crew. The result: smoother texture, firmer skin, reduced fine lines, and calmer, less inflamed skin. Ideal for patients seeking real regenerative, biologic-based results beyond surface-level glow.

Lasers & Energy Devices

12 services
Lumecca IPL · Photofacial
What does Lumecca IPL treat? Can it fix my sun damage?
Yes, even the crimes of your sun-worshipping past. Lumecca IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) by InMode targets hyperpigmentation, broken capillaries, sun damage, rosacea, melasma, acne scars, and enlarged pores. Brown spots darken into small "coffee ground" scabs and flake off in 1–2 weeks. Treatments every 4–6 weeks in a series. Stay out of the sun before and after — or you're undoing all the good work.
AviClear · Acne Laser · Cutera
I've tried everything for my acne. Can AviClear actually fix it?
AviClear by Cutera is the only FDA-cleared laser designed specifically to treat acne by suppressing sebaceous (oil) glands at the source. No prescriptions, no Accutane, no antibiotics — just 3 sessions of 30 minutes each with no significant downtime. A temporary acne purge after treatment is normal and expected. The long-term results are the real deal.
Clear + Brilliant · Fractional Laser
Is Clear + Brilliant a "starter laser" or is it actually effective?
Both. Clear + Brilliant by Solta Medical is a gentle resurfacing laser that improves skin tone, texture, and pore size — much milder than Fraxel with less downtime. Think of it as your skin's regular tune-up. Skin feels sandpapery for 3–5 days, red for 1–3 days. Series of 2–4 treatments every 3–4 weeks. Great year-round for all skin types.
Laser Genesis · Nd:YAG · No Downtime
I have an event this weekend. Can I get Laser Genesis and still show up?
Yes — Laser Genesis by Cutera is basically the event prep treatment. Zero downtime, no redness, stimulates collagen, reduces pore size, and gives you that lit-from-within glow. Warm and comfortable — almost spa-like. A series of 5–6 weekly treatments for optimal results, but even one session delivers. Perfect for wedding season, reunions, or just "I want to look amazing" Tuesday.
Excel V+ · Vascular Laser · Rosacea
I have rosacea and broken capillaries. Is there something that actually helps?
Excel V+ by Cutera was practically built for you. This dual-wavelength laser targets facial veins, spider veins, rosacea, facial redness, acne scars, and sunspots. Results show in 2–4 weeks. Treatments every 4 weeks for 3+ sessions. Avoid retinoids and exfoliants the week before. Your redness doesn't stand a chance.
CoolPeel™ · CO2 Laser · Tetra
Is CoolPeel basically a CO2 laser but less terrifying?
Great way to put it. CoolPeel by Tetra delivers the benefits of traditional CO2 resurfacing (fine lines, sun damage, pores, texture) by targeting only the superficial skin layer — minimal downtime. Expect tenderness and redness for 12–48 hours, sandpaper texture for 7–10 days before skin sheds around day 7. One month of sun avoidance after. Worth every day of it.
Deka SmartXide DOT CO2 · Ablative Laser
The Deka DOT CO2 sounds intense. How much downtime?
We'll be real: this is a more serious treatment. The Deka SmartXide DOT is an ablative fractional CO2 laser that resurfaces and tightens simultaneously — wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scars, texture, laxity in one go. Expect 7–12 days of downtime. One month sun avoidance after. Think of it as the renovation, not the touch-up. The results are dramatic and long-lasting.
Thermage® · Radiofrequency Skin Tightening
Can Thermage tighten my skin without surgery?
That's literally the whole point. Thermage by Solta Medical uses radiofrequency energy to heat the deep dermis and stimulate collagen — no cuts, no needles, no downtime. Works on the face, eyelids, neck, and body (abdomen, thighs, knees, arms, buttocks). One session typically lasts 6–12 months. A great annual investment. Surgery who?
Fractora · RF Microneedling · InMode
How does Fractora RF microneedling work?
Fractora by InMode uses fractionated RF energy delivered via micro-pins, creating controlled micro-injuries that trigger a collagen and elastin remodeling response. It treats fine lines, acne scars, skin laxity, and uneven texture. Mild redness, swelling, and pinpoint crusting ("coffee grinds") for a few days. Avoid sun for 10–14 days. Your skin is basically getting a factory reset.
Fraxel · Non-Ablative Fractional Resurfacing
How is Fraxel different from other lasers?
Fraxel by Solta Medical is a non-ablative fractional resurfacing laser — it improves skin tone, texture, sun damage, and scars without removing the full top layer, meaning less downtime than fully ablative lasers. Ideal for pigment correction and radiance. Redness for 3–7 days, swelling for 12–48 hours. Series of 2–4 treatments every 4 weeks. Treating sun damage? Expect some bronzing and peeling around day 3 — it's doing its job.
Ulthera · Ultherapy · Non-Surgical Lift
Is Ultherapy actually FDA-cleared for lifting?
The only FDA-cleared non-invasive procedure for lifting and tightening the neck, chin, and brow, plus improving chest (décolletage) lines. Ultherapy uses micro-focused ultrasound (MFU) to target the SMAS layer — the same layer addressed in surgical facelifts — without any incisions. Zero downtime, mild tenderness for 24 hours. Results build over 2–3 months as collagen develops. The non-surgical lift you've been looking for.
Morpheus8 · RF Microneedling · InMode
Is Morpheus8 actually worth the hype?
Short answer: yes. Morpheus8 by InMode combines microneedling with deep fractional RF to resurface and remodel — treating fine lines, laxity, acne scars, and texture. 1–3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart; full results at 3 months. Redness and mild bruising for 3–5 days. Skin Solutions Collective is a verified Morpheus8 provider at its Tribeca NYC locations. Hype? Earned.

Body Treatments

2 services
CoolSculpting · Cryolipolysis · Fat Reduction
How does CoolSculpting actually work to reduce fat?
CoolSculpting uses cryolipolysis — controlled cooling — to freeze and permanently destroy fat cells in stubborn pockets (abdomen, thighs, hips, double chin, bra fat, back fat, upper arms). The body naturally eliminates dead fat cells over 1–3 months. Results are permanent as fat cells cannot regenerate. FDA-cleared, no needles, no anesthesia, no recovery time. Not a weight loss treatment, but for stubborn fat that ignores your gym efforts? This is the move.
Morpheus8 Body · Body RF Microneedling
Can Morpheus8 be used on the body, not just the face?
Yes — and it's exceptional for it. Morpheus8 Body uses the same fractional RF microneedling technology as the face version, scaled up for areas like the abdomen, arms, thighs, and neck. It contours, tightens, and resurfaces skin. 1–3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart; full results at 3 months. Pairs brilliantly with CoolSculpting and Kybella for a comprehensive body plan.

Chemical Peels

1 service
Medical-Grade Chemical Peels · TCA · Glycolic
What's a medical-grade chemical peel vs. the stuff I buy at Sephora?
The professional version uses higher concentrations of active acids (TCA, glycolic acid, salicylic acid, Jessner's) for results you actually notice. Our peels treat texture, brown spots, hyperpigmentation, acne, and fine lines. Expect redness and flaking for 5–7 days. Skin may look red or jaundiced 24–48 hours in, then gets tight before the glow appears. Rule #1: do not pick. Rule #2: sunscreen is non-negotiable post-treatment.
Should I wear makeup to my chemical peel appointment?
Come barefaced — we need a clean canvas. Skip the gym and avoid all sun exposure post-treatment. The "no picking" rule is serious: manually removing peeling skin is the one guaranteed way to irritate results and risk scarring. Your skin will peel on its own schedule. Trust the process.

Microneedling

3 services
Virtue RF · RF Microneedling · Cartessa
What makes Virtue RF different from regular microneedling?
Virtue RF by Cartessa Aesthetics combines precision microneedling with radiofrequency energy for a two-pronged collagen stimulation approach — a step up from standard microneedling alone. Fully customizable with multiple handpieces and adjustable depths for personalized treatment. Pinpoint bleeding and mild redness resolve within hours. 3 sessions spaced one month apart for optimal results. Microneedling with superpowers.
Aquagold · Microinfusion · Gold Microchannel
A skin cocktail infused through gold micro-channels — is Aquagold real?
100% real and one of our most requested treatments. Aquagold Fine Touch uses 20 gold-plated micro-channels (thinner than a human hair) to deliver a customized blend — Botox, hyaluronic acid, peptides, Vitamin C, retinol, brightening agents — directly into the dermis. Result: shrunk pores, brighter skin, softer lines. Little to no downtime. Results visible in 3–7 days. 15–30 minutes of magic, repeatable every 1–3 months.
SkinPen® · Microneedling · Crown Aesthetics
How soon will I see results from SkinPen microneedling?
SkinPen by Crown Aesthetics is FDA-cleared and creates micro-channels that trigger collagen synthesis. Noticeable improvements may appear within one week, with continued improvement for weeks as collagen remodels. Mild redness and dryness in the first 24–48 hours. A customized series of sessions is recommended based on your skin goals.

Microblading

1 service
Eyebrow Microblading · Semi-Permanent Brows
Is eyebrow microblading permanent or semi-permanent?
Good news for the commitment-averse: it's semi-permanent. Microblading is a cosmetic tattoo technique that implants pigment with fine blade strokes to mimic natural brow hairs — enhancing shape, definition, and fullness. Initial appointment is ~2 hours; a touch-up 4–6 weeks later completes the results. Lasts 1–3 years depending on skin type and aftercare. The brows of your dreams, without the daily pencil.
What are the most important microblading aftercare rules?
Keep brows dry for 10 days. Don't pick at scabbing or flaking — this is the most important rule and the most common mistake. No swimming, saunas, or steam for 2–3 weeks. No retinoids, glycolic acids, or Vitamin C directly on the brows — ever. Protect from sun. On days 5–10, apply a thin layer of coconut oil to prevent excessive dryness. Oxygen is your brows' best friend — don't smother them with product.
